Kindle Fire stucks on logo

Quite some on the users run into the issues that when they reboot their Fire tablet it stucks on logo or takes lot of time to start.

Steps to Resolve this issue:-
*Plug your Fire tablet into Wall outlet and charge it at least for 20 minutes. then press and hold the power button until your Kindle Fire gets started and see if its working properly.
*try to connect it with your computer or Desktop and see if the device is recognized or not.
*If it still not working then contact Amazon for replacement.
*You could try and see if you can get into the recovery menu. Turn the tablet off, then turn it on and press and hold the Power and Volume down buttons simultaneously. Sadly, some tablets require you to use the Power and Volume up buttons, however, so if Volume down doesn’t work, then try Volume up. If you manage to get into the recovery menu, then you can use the volume keys to highlight options and the Power button to select them. You could also try performing a factory reset via wipe data/ factory reset, but be aware that it will wipe everything on your tablet.



Kindle Fire disappearing or not working

Some of Kindle Fire users mention that their downloded Ebook not working or disappear after a reboot.
Steps to Resolve:-
*If you have Google Play Store installed in your Kindle Fire Tablet.Then this would be the source of problem here. Open the Play Store app, find the Kindle app page in it, and choose Uninstall. Now go back to the main Play Store page and tap the three vertical lines at the top left, then scroll down to choose Settings and tap Auto-update apps > Do not auto-update apps. You can still update apps manually by opening the Play Store tapping the three vertical lines at the top left and choosing My apps & games, then the Updates tab. Tap Update next to the individual apps you want to update, just avoid updating any Amazon or Kindle apps here.

*If you dont have Google Play Store in your Fire tablet then try to sync your books and then press the power button for 40 seconds till your Tablet Restarts and see if it works normally.

*You might also try going to Settings > Apps & Games > Manage All Applications and find the Kindle app. Then, tap Force stop and Clear cache.

Kindle Fire Massive Battery Drain issue

Some users of Kindle Fire complain about the battery drain very quickly.


#Steps to Resolve:

*Press and hold the power button for 40 seconds until it get start again and see if its works normally.

*There’s a good chance that one of the apps you’ve installed is causing the issue. You could go to Settings > Apps & Games > Manage All Applications and try uninstalling apps one by one and testing to see if you can find the culprit.

*If the Problem Doesn't solve try to Factory reset then make sure to back up any precious photos or other files first, as this will wipe your tablet, then go to Settings > Device Options > Reset to Factory Defaults.

Kindle Fire problem with highlighted button and voice descriptions

Some of our readers faced this problem that a yellow light highlighted around the buttons on the screen or a Voice describes what you tapped. Then you may have inadvertently turned on the Accessibility mode. it specially designs for disable peoples so they can use Kindle Fire Tablet but its easy to turn off.


Steps to fix the issue:-

  • Go to Settings > Accessibility and turn off Voice Guide.
  • If you have explore by touch or Screen reader turned on, then swipe down from the top of the screen with two fingers to open the quick actions menu. Then, tap settings and double-tap the screen to open the Settings menu. Tap Accessibility and double-tap the screen to open the    accessibility menu. Tap Off next to Screen Reader, double-tap the screen to confirm,    tap Continue, and double-tap the screen once again. This should disable both Screen Reader and Explore by Touch.

Common Problems with the Kindle Fire and its Solutions

Problem #1 - Kindle not starting up.


Most of the times people complain about that their Kindle Fire HD is not started or it freezes in between.

How to fix:

* Hold the power button for twenty seconds until your Kindle turn off and then turn it on after ten seconds.

* If you think that there is some battery empty issue then hold the power button for    Twenty seconds until the device turns off then plug it into a charger and then try to turn it on.

Problem #2 - Sometimes people complain about that their Kindle Fire HD or HDX is stopped sharing files in between with your laptop or computer. in some cases, kindle does not appear in the established connections.

Solutions :

*  turn off both the devices your computer and kindle fire then turn it on after ten seconds and try again to connect after resetting both devices.

*  In some cases if the problem is not solved try to transfer files with USB cable.

*  OR use an application such as Dropbox to transfer the files wirelessly from your laptop to Kindle Fire or vice versa.

Problem #3 - Some users have faced a message that says "an internal error has occurred" when trying to access some applications.


Steps to fix :
*  Restart your Kindle Fire HD by pressing the power button for twenty seconds and then turn it on after 10 seconds.

*  If there are some connectivity issues turn off your router for few seconds then turn it back on.

*  Always make sure that Date and Time should be correct, More - Date & Time.

*  Find the application that won't be working properly or swiping from the top of the screen and selecting More – Applications –    Installed Applications. Once the app is found, select Force Stop – Ok – Clear Data- Ok.

*  De-register your Kindle Fire HD, go to    More – My account – Deregister. You can then re-register the device again and see if it has made a difference to the performance.

Problem #4 - Cannot connect to wifi

In some cases, Kindle Fire HD is not connecting with your home wifi

Solutions :
*  Start your Kindle Fire by ensuring that Airplane mode is not on if its ON then go to MORE > WIRELESS.

*  Restart your Kindle Fire HD.

*  Download a WiFi analyzer app to make sure that channels in your area are not too busy.

*  Make sure your Kindle Fire HD is completely charged and then turn in on in Factory Settings.
